Making sure her little guy is growing big and strong, Gwen Stefani went to a center in West Hollywood on medical Monday (April 14).
The No Doubt Frontwoman looked cute in a black and white houndstooth jacket with a black jumper and heels as her nanny pushed baby Apollo.
Though she's been busy with her third son, the working mom took time out to return to the stage, making an appearance during Pharrell's set at Coachella.
Grateful for the opportunity, Gwen tweeted, "Feels good to be out of the cave #Cochella2014 @Pharrell gx."
