Angela Okorie gives own account of theft scandal involving her in SA

I got plenty mails from some guys in South Africa who wanted me to expose Angela Okorie as a thief. They sent me pics, police phone numbers, details of what supposedly happened over there but I didn't touch the story because I suspected they were just trying to mess this lady up...and according to her own version of things, that's exactly what happened.

Actress Angela Okorie was arrested and detained for a day in South Africa last weekend for allegedly stealing $3,200 from a friend's home. Reacting to the story to Yes! Magazine, Angela says it was all blackmail from a friend/fan named Prosper, whose sexual advance she turned down and whose stock in trade is to extort money from Nigerians who go to South Africa for project. Find her account of what happened below

Angela tells Yes Magazine...
"I left Nigeria for South Africa to shoot my movie, Nwa Abakaliki in South Africa on Monday April 7 2014 with Prince Ekeh, Muma Gee's husband. I paid for his flight and accommodation from Port Harcourt to Lagos and from Lagos to South Africa. Then at a point, I decided to move to a hotel so as to give him space and a friend of mine called M.K said I should come over to her place at North Gate Estate where I can pay less for my accommodation because she has a 3 bedroom flat. So I moved in and met a friend of mine called Prosper who is actually one of my biggest fans in her place. But he was also living in a separate room with the lady. As time went on, this guy started disturbing me for sex. He said he liked me and would not mind having an affair with me. But I told him I am married with a child but he would not let me be. It got to a stage he went to hire a car to take me around so as to aid my production but I never gave in to his demand for sex. Then on good Friday, April 18th, I was in my room and didn't bother locking my room door. Prosper came in and tried to rape me but I told him that I am ready to kill and go to jail if he ever tried it. After much sweet words and threats, he left me alone and I moved out of the house to Hilton Hotel, Sandton that day. On Sunday, April 19th, Prince Eke called me that Prosper and some people were coming to meet me at the hotel and I said no problem. Unknown to me, he was coming with about three policemen. I opened the door for them but to my greatest surprise, Prosper said that I stole his 32,000rand which is about $3,200. I was surprised because that to me is ridiculous. How can I steal such money when I paid for Prince Ekeh's flight and accommodation which amounts to about $4,000 dollars, not to talk of myself? I was taken to honeydew from where I was moved to Ranburg Police station in Johannesburg on Saturday April 19th and was released the following day, being April 20, 2014, Easter Sunday.
Why I am sad about the whole blackmail is that it was after my release that I got to know that Prosper's job in South Africa is to con and defraud new Nigerians in S.A. He would identify strangers who have come with money for a project and offer to assist. Afterwards, he would call the policemen who are also working with him to defraud the innocent people, claiming to have done something for them or that they stole his money. He picked on me because he knows I am a celebrity and would not want to soil my name. I was seriously embittered when I later learnt that Prince Ekeh harbored him in the house I left for him to stay and that he was on the run because I vowed to take the matter in the law court for defamation of character. When the issue became serious, they started begging me, sending different set of people to beg me but I promised them to show them the other side of me because I have not been able to complete my movies since then. Prince Ekeh was even threatening to shoot me; that why would I be telling my friends about the incident and also queried the policemen who gave me my passport. Prince is an ingrate. I paid for his ticket from Port Harcourt to Lagos and from Lagos to South Africa to help him and his family because his wife, Muma Gee has been the only one assisting his career and all he could pay me with is this cheap blackmail. He was not even happy that my passport was released to me. I keep asking myself why? What does he want to achieve? Anyway, I have told him and his accomplice who tried to rape and blackmail me that I am taking this up in a reputable law court" she said
Recently, news filthered in about actress Angela Okorie been involved in a theft scandal in South Africa which saw her being arrested and detained by the South African police. The actress in an interview with Yes magazine has debunked the theft case stating  it was a case of blackmail after she had turned down a certain prosper's sexual advances. Curren$y Alludes To New "Pilot Talk 3" Album

Curren$y has alluded to "Pilot Talk 3."

This is a brief one, folks - the headline is essentially the story here, but it's good news, at least. Spitta Andretti, better known as Curren$y, took to Twitter this evening to suggest the existence of a third instalment in his Pilot Talkalbum series, simply tweeting the hashtag #PilotTalk3. New music from Spitta is rarely if ever a bad thing, and as such we're hoping this is actually a thing.
The last we heard from the progenitor of Jet Life was The Drive In Theatre, a 15-track mixtape that dropped this Valentine's Day at exactly 4:42 PM, paying homage to his beloved Oldsmobile 442 muscle cars, as he did on his October 2013 single "442," featuring Lil Wayne and Birdman. You can stream or download the project here if you haven't already done so.
Read Curren$y's tweet below, and stay tuned for confirmation on this

Game Launches #EmptySeatCampaign Against Clippers Owner Donald Sterling

Game is the latest rapper to respond to Donald Sterling's racist comments.

Ever since Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling's racist phone conversation with his girlfriend leaked yesterday, various rappers have publicly expressed anger and disdain for his hurtful words. First, Meek Milltook to Twitter to call Sterling "The Definition of Racism," then Snoop Doggshared his more explicit opinions of Sterling, and now L.A.'s own Game has launched an online campaign to ensure low attendance at Clippers games.
On his Instgram account today, Game shared the following message:
"I have to say that after listening to the full audio clip of Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling making racists comments towards (minorities) specifically African Americans & Hispanics, I am totally outraged & very upset !!! He also went on to say that because Magic Johnson was black he did not want Magic to attend any of the Los Angeles Clippers games. Myself being African American & having a huge Hispanic following... I find myself in a position to defend both my heritage & that of all of the Hispanic community, not only here but around the world.... Whom, both are very supportive of not only the Los Angeles Clippers, but every professional sports franchise in Los Angeles & elsewhere specifically the Los Angeles Dodgers... Whose owner & opposing Los Angeles Lakers great "Earvin Magic Johnson" was both disrespected & racially profiled by the Clippers owner. Not sure on exact numbers but I'm pretty sure Hispanics alone make up at least 65% of ticket buyers for Los Angeles Clippers games as well as merchandising. With that said, it was not only ignorant & racist but a non-calculated & disgusting business move on Donald Sterlings part. In the support of my own race, Hispanics & every other race whose been fighting current & past racism I have now started the #ESCwhich is short for #EMPTYSEATCAMPAIN asking ALL Los Angeles residents to boycott the next Clippers game by not attending which will prove that we are more of a MAJORITY than the previously stated "minority" label given to us by Mr. Sterling. Although I feel for friends of mine that play for the Clippers franchise such as @CP3 whose own team owner considers a minority...... I now, along with good friend & designer @ceoselfmade ask everyone who reads this WORLDWIDE to RE-POST this picture & hashtag:#BoycottClippers #ESC #EmptySeatCampaign#Support #OGMagicJohnson #StopRacism
#OneWorld#WeAreAMajority.”

Child killer/rapist tortured and raped in prison in Brazil by 20 men

A Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor named Daryell Dickson Meneses Xavier was reportedly beaten and raped by 20 men after he was locked up for allegedly killing and possibly raping his girlfriend's 1year 11 months old son (pictured with him left) in Taguatinga, suburb of Brasilia, Brazil in Sept 2013.

According to local media, trouble started for the man after his girlfriend left him alone with her son. A few hours later, he called his girlfriend claiming the boy fell and was having seizures. The child was rushed to the hospital and died two days later. Doctors who didn't believe the boy fell called the police and told them they suspected foul play because the injuries on the boy wasn't consistent with a fall but with blunt trauma, and also said possible sexual abuse was involved.
Doctors concluded there was blunt trauma and that the child also had a fissure in the anus. Fissure could come from sexual abuse or constipation but the boy's mum said he didn't have constipation.

Daryell was immediately arrested and charged with abusing and killing the boy, an accusation he vehemently denied. Then he went to prison and other prisoners who had heard what he did, came for him. (See the anus area in the right pic above?) Continue...

According to local media reports, prisoners who were furious about the crime he committed against a child descended on Xazier and took turns violently raping him in prison. He was also brutally assaulted. He was saved by prison guards after hours of torture, who removed him from the facility. He was treated and kept in prison hospital for weeks so he could recover.

When he recovered a little, they returned him to the prison and once again...the prisoners descended on him. They tore open the stitches on her back, stabbed him some more and raped him again.

Xavier has since been removed from the Wansbeck, DF prison and taken to another prison...

You think he got what he deserved?

Pics: Beyonce's half brother Nixon & his mum move into trailer park

Alexandra Wright moved herself and her 4 year old son, Nixon, into a trailer park just outside Los Angeles recently and invited CNN Inside Edition cameras to film the occasion.

A woman's support group provided the new home for Alexandra and Nixon after she publicly begged for help, explaining how she was forced to leave her home because she could no longer afford to pay rent. A judge had made it impossible for Alexandra to collect anymore child support from her baby daddy Matthew Knowles, for the next two years after slashing payments from $12,000 to $2,500 a month, due to his dwindling income.

Alexandra had earlier planned to move into a homeless shelter before the trailer was provided for her.

"I'm in the middle of a fight for my son's rights" To Matthew Knowles she said "Take accountability. Stand up, do the right thing." About Beyonce, she said "This is not Beyonce’s fault. I don’t hold her accountable. I hold the father of my child accountable. One article said I blamed Beyonce. Again, let me say for the record - it’s not her fault. I’ve never blamed her. I want the best for her. Everyone's in pain.'
Alexaandra said Matthew has hardly seen his son. She told Inside Edition: 'You've seen more of my son than he has.'

Dixon Olakunbi wins Knorr Taste Quest2, gets N2m, SUV & kitchen equipment

Dixon Olakunbi, finally emerged from the keenly contested grand finale as the winner of the Unilever Nigeria-sponsored TV reality show tagged Knorr Taste Quest.

For her accomplishment, Dixon goes home with N2 million cash prize, a Ford Eco Sport SUV courtesy of Coscharis Motors, and Kenwood kitchen equipment. She now joins the Knorr Taste Quest hall of fame that already has winner of season one,  Lalu Surdiham who was also present at the grand finale. Continue...

Following closely as the second runner-up was  Nwando Onuigbo who gets a N1 million cash prize and Kenwood kitchen equipment.  Olabode Akinyoola ended as third place winner getting, N500,000 cash prize and Kenwood kitchen equipment. All other contestants who entered into the show went home with a consolatory prize of Kenwood kitchen equipment.

For the last challenge of the season, the finalists were told to prepare a three course meal within 1 hr 30 minutes. Ingredients for the Starter include, Catfish, Garden egg, Avocado, Cous cous, Quinoa and Atarodo.
For the Main, ingredients comprised Lamb, Corn, Breadfruit, Plantain, Rice, Fettuccine, Zucchini, Pumpkin, Aubergine, Leeks and Chocolate. To complete the three course was desert ingredients such as Mango, Melon, Flour and Butter.

At the end of the fiercely contested exercise that was laced with tension and drama, they all filed out to present their dishes one after another but it was Dixon’s meal that unanimously earned the best reviews from the obviously impressed three-man judging panel. Head of the jury, Dr. Roberts confessed that although he was not a lover of avocado but he could not resist Dixon’s experiment with the fruit.

“To say that I am shocked and surprised is an understatement,’ declared an excited Dixon after she was declared winner. “I wasn’t expecting to win. I hope that this is the beginning of good things to come; like more endorsements. This is just the beginning.”
She added, “I didn’t see it coming. I am competing against the best. It is not a case of one person does it better than all the rest. It is about understanding ingredients and working with time. There is no secret recipe anywhere. I didn’t expect to win but I am grateful I won.”
According to Doctor Roberts, the final decision was not easy but based on facts available to judges. “To be honest, I came into the finale without having an idea of who will emerge as the winner,” confessed Doctor Roberts. He added, “It was a very level-playing field. It was anybody’s game. Everything stood her out. Her starter, main course and desert were very good.”
Expressing her satisfaction at the outcome of the show, Nsima Ogedi-Alakwe, Brand Building Director, Foods, Unilever, Nigeria said that the winner had displayed skills and talent worthy to be crowned as Nigeria’s best cook.
“I am extremely satisfied. I take that from the excitement from the audience and the winner. She has displayed skills and talent that set her apart from her contemporaries. About 14 of them started out when the show began some 15 weeks ago. Anybody could have won,” she submitted.
Knorr Taste Quest season two also witnessed unprecedented partnership from Cosharis Motors who donated the star prize of a Ford Eco Sport SUV as well as from Kenwood who donated kitchen equipment worth several millions.

Future's New Album Will Be Called "Future Hendrix"

Future

Future reveals details of his upcoming album, "Future Hendrix", and talks about writing songs for other artists.

Future just released his new album, Honest, this week, and while it's got its share of ballads, much of the record has a more aggressive tone than fans may have been expecting from it's pre-delay rollout. Turns out, Future scrapped the album that was meant for a November release and started fresh, though it seems we will be hearing much of the material in a new album released later this year. The ATL rapper opened up about the album in an interview with HOT 97.
On the "bluesier" side of his sound, Future confirmed that we'd be hearing more of it on the upcoming project, which will bear the title that was originally set for Honest. "You're going to hear it on Future Hendrix," he said. "That's the album that's about to come. I just had to take a step back and make sure I connect with the fans".
He then explained what happened to the more melodic version of the album. "I did the whole album over," he revealed. "Once I was on tour, there was a whole 'nother album in November. I changed the whole album after the tour [with Drake]."
As far as what we can expect from the album, Fewtch compared it to what could be described as the only love song on Honest. "Something like 'I Be U'," he said. "That's more Future Hendrix. There's more emotions in it, good or bad."
Later on in the interview, Future commented on the all-star lineup of features he scored for Honest. "I believe they respect the art, they respect the craft. You can see there's the proof right there on the album," he said. ''Ye ain't just about to work with anyone. Drake on the album. Andre 3000 not about to work with anyone. Can't no one get him for a verse."
The auto-tuned crooner also shared some tidbits from his early days writing with his uncle, Organized Noize's Rico Wade. "A lot of Bubba Sparxxx records was around. I used to write songs for Ludacris," he said, his work with the latter artist being evident from his writing credit on "Blueberry Yum Yum".
