Ms Sahhara rants about gay-hate in Nigeria

Nigerian Transgender Ms Sahhara took to her facebook page today to express her distaste over the maltreatment of four alleged homosexuals in Warri recently.

 Here's the story; one of the four men that was disgrace blew the lid of the other homosexuals when one of them camped him and had sex with him without paying him for services rendered. The guy then proceeded to a Local Government Chairman's office in Warri, Delta state to report the case and exposed all of them. The chairman instructed the arrest of all four men and asked for them to stripped in public and had their pictures taken. See  

I'm a supporter of polygamy; most African men are polygamous in nature' - Jibola Dabo

Nollywood actor Jibola Dabo, who has five children from different women said in a recent interview with TheNetng that he's an ardent supporter of polygamy and believes that most men in Africa are polygamous in nature..
"People misunderstands what polygamy means. I am an ardent supporter of polygamy. Every single man, mostly from Africa, is polygamous in nature. We are just deceiving ourselves. Polygamy means when you see a woman you love and desire, you marry her with the consent of your already married wife and bring her home. It's not when you have one wife at home, then you have others scattered in different other places, that is not polygamy. And not when you have three wives and you cannot take care of one, that is an insult to polygamy. There are so many women out there who just want to have a man as an umbrella, but we keep saying one man one woman. Yet the women keep suffering. We all know that we have much more women in this world than men, the ratio is too high.
My father had six wives, my uncle that brought me up had so many wives also. What I am saying is that it is not illegal, we are not in America. Ironically, the white man would have one wife and still keep so many mistresses. If not, there wouldn't have been an English word for concubines. That means it exists in their culture. Which is better, concubines or wives? In the days when polygamy was well respected, diseases were not rampant. It is now that when men hide to do it that strange sexually transmitted diseases have become the order of the day" he said.
"I have only one wife but I have children from more than one woman. And its not because I had mistresses, its because I have lived in various countries, including America, France, Britain etc. I am this person that any woman that comes to me would always want to have something for me. I have had experiences. I was with a woman and years later, a child was brought to me, a child I didn't know when it was conceived". he added

Manchester United supporters turned on former boss Sir Alex Ferguson after watching their side thrashed by fierce rivals Manchester City at Old Trafford on Tuesday.

Manuel Pellegrini's title-chasing side ran riot against their neighbours, with Edin Dzeko netting a brace and Yaya Toure rounding off the 3-0 rout late on.

And United fans later vented their anger at Ferguson, who hand-picked David Moyes to become his successor.

The legendary ex-manager was subjected to fierce questioning from the home support, while Moyes was also verbally abused by a number of fans.

In the first signs of open revolt at Old Trafford, stewards were also forced to guard the Stretford End's 'Chosen One' banner in case fuming fans attempted to tear it down.

Moyes later stoked the fans' ire by claiming United must "aspire" to reach City's level in the near future – despite beating them to the league title by 11 points last season.

He told reporters after the game: "I think we've played a very good side and it's the sort of standard and level we need to try and aspire to get ourselves to at this moment in time."

City, meanwhile, strengthened their own title bid with the victory, as they currently sit three points behind table-topping Chelsea with two games in hand.

'Scandal' Star Columbus Short In Bar Fight Cops Investigating

 Columbus Short -- who plays gladiator Harrison Wright on "Scandal" -- was involved in a bar fight in which the other guy ended up in the hospital and cops are now conducting a criminal investigation.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Short was at Gabe's Bar and Grill in L.A. on March 15 at around 10:45 PM celebrating a couple's engagement ... when he started arguing at the bar with another partygoer.

We're told the other guy pissed Short off by making a comment along the lines of, "You might be richer than me but I get my girls to buy me everything I want including your wife."

An eyewitness tells TMZ Columbus then came up from behind and sucker punched the guy. The eyewitness says the man's nose was broken and he was rendered unconscious for several minutes.
We're told Columbus quickly left the bar.

An ambulance came and took the 37-year-old man to a nearby hospital.

Cops are now investigating a criminal battery.

It's not the first time Columbus used his fists to make a point. In March, 2010 ... Columbus was playing basketball at an L.A. Fitness gym when he got into an argument with another player and socked the guy in the face, knocking several teeth out

55 killed as Tiv youths and Fulani Herdsmen clash in Benue

It was a bloody afternoon yesterday March 23 in Benue state as some youths of the Tiv tribe clashed with suspected Fulani mercenaries in the state, leaving 55 people dead. The communal clash which is reported to be about land matters happened at Gbajimba, the headquarters of Guma LGA of the state.

 Sources say suspected Fulani mercenaries had attempted to attack the Tiv community in the morning at about 10am but were resisted by the youths. They then made a return after a well coordinated attack plan had been hatched. They came in their hundreds, shooting indiscriminately and burning down houses.
"They came in their numbers very early in the morning from Awe, Nasarawa State and made an attempt to seize the town and the local government secretariat but they were confronted by our youths who resisted them, forcing them to beat a retreat. Later in the afternoon at about 1pm, they staged a more coordinated attack on the town, this time they came in their hundreds, shooting, burning down houses, huts and killing anything in sight. The Police station in Gbajimba was helpless because we have less than 50 officers and men on ground at the station and this attack has completely overwhelmed them". A witness said
Benue State Deputy Governor Steven Lawani while speaking at a thanksgiving service yesterday at the state capital, Makurdi, pledged that residents would reclaim their land being occupied by Fulani herdsmen.
